rental and staging and does not take on any other
aspect of the audiovisual industry (equipment sales,
installations, distance learning, repair, etc.) It
is this concentrated effort that helps us achieve
excellence.
Complete sound, video, lighting and
staging support for all conferences and special events,
including services for large plenary sessions, breakout
and classroom sessions, computer and registration
needs, cyber cafes, centralized servers for networking
all sessions, exhibitor needs, graphic design, etc.
BAV is
a Gold Certified ICIA Member Company. The premier
achievement and classification in the audio visual
industry. All our technicians are certified through
the INTERNATIONAL
COMMUNICATIONS INDUSTRIES ASSOCIATION achieving
the classification of Certified Specialist (CTS).
All
conventions are assigned a Production Manager for
the plenary sessions as well as one for the breakout
rooms who are in constant communication through two-way
radios with the meeting planner or planners, AV technicians
and key facility management.
BAV's production
management attend all on-site pre convention and
post convention meetings. Key management will conduct
a site survey of upcoming convention sites at NO
COST to the client.
